Custom Profiles

i-Profile provides OEM and other customers with a wide variety of extrusion possibilities and profile products, thanks to our experience in customised design and manufacturing. The market segments we operate in include:

- automotive and after-market automotive
- decoration and furniture
- cooling, water treatment and refrigeration
- lighting, ducting and cable management
- outdoor and garden fixtures, fences
- recreational objects

i-Profile focuses on small to medium sized profiles, not on large profiles for the building industry. Our machines have an output range between 2 kg/hour to 90 kg/hour, producing profiles in a typical range of 10g per meter to 2kg per meter.

For all products we provide a complete customisation, which can include colour matching and production of different colour batches, finishing and after-work of profiles such as drilling and coupling, printing and assembly of adhesive tapes and other fixtures, printing of brochures and leaflets and specialised packing requirements.

We welcome requirements for co-extrusion and tri-extrusion in different materials and colours.

We are equipped to handle a variety of materials, including PVC, ABS, PETG, PC as well as specially engineered thermoplastics with specific characteristics and applications, supplied by established international chemical companies.
