Materials
Our production is equipped to extrude for you profiles in the most common thermoplastic materials. These include:

| - | ABS and MBS |
| - | PETG, including grades such as Provista® |
| - | HIPS |
| - | PMMA or acrylic |
| - | PE, HDPE and LDPE |
| - | PP |
| - | PC or Polycarbonate |
| - | TPR, including Kraton®, and other synthetic elastomers |
Next to those, we can also extrude a range of newly engineered polymers developed by major international chemical companies for profile extrusion in very specific IT and other high tech applications.
In contrast to most other manufacturers in China, i-Profile has an active programme to introduce and test such new materials, usually in collaboration with the material suppliers, so as to provide more possibilities and products with a higher added value to prospective OEM customers.
At the same time this programme frames within the broader goal to replace existing plastics with more environmentally friendly alternatives.
